How to Open .Doc in WordPad?
The WordPad Program is a simple word processing program that is included with every copy of Windows. WordPad is still able to open any document saved using the .doc file extension. Opening a .doc file using WordPad is like opening a document in Word.
How to Open .Doc in WordPad?
1 First you click on the “Start” button in the Task Bar of the computer and select the “Run” option.
2. And then you type “Wordpad” in the space provided and click on “Ok” button to launch Wordpad.
3. After that you click on the “File” menu and choose the option of “Open”.
4. After selecting the Open option, click the arrow to the right of the “Files of type” heading and select the “Word For Windows (Doc)” option from the drop-down menu.
5. Then you locate the .DOC file that you want to open on Computer’s Hard Drive,
6. Highlight the .DOC file and click the “Open” button option to open the document in the WordPad program.
